December 07, 2011
ChaCha has launched the latest version of its mobile application for the Android platform. ChaCha 4.0 allows users to monitor the questions stream in real time to both see what topics are trending and join in the conversation. It also filters questions by location so ChaCha users can see what is being asked nearby.
“This new version of our app makes the ChaCha experience even more streamlined for our users,” said ChaCha’s Head of Mobile Product, Mick Oppy. “We have already seen a remarkable amount of downloads and increased engagement. We are always looking to improve our service and could not be more proud of 4.0.”
ChaCha for Android 4.0 is compatible with Android 3.1, dubbed Ice Cream Sandwich. Version 4.0 requires Android OS v. 2.1 or higher.
